All pk56 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by pk56 on transactions conducted in PKR through supported payment methods.
pk56 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Account Holders. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits pk56's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
